Depositing Uniform Glass Coatings by Ultrasonic Coating Technology
Siansonic ultrasonic spray coating system is used for depositing various functional coatings on glass such as hydrophilic and hydrophobic coatings, protective polymer, AR anti-reflection coatings, TCO transparent conductive oxide coatings, electrochromic layers, photoresist coatings, etc. Ultrasonic spray coating is regarded as an effective technology for preparation of thin film coating. Compared with the traditional air spray coating, ultrasonic spray coating has the advantages of precisely control of coating thickness, high uniformity, little overspray and splash resulting in much reduction of raw materials consumption. Ultrasonic coating systems are low cost hardware compared to CVD and sputtering equipment, significantly reducing the initial investment on manufacturing facilities, especially for coating on large-area glass.
